COOGI offers a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all COOGI tags and authenticity labels remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
